Cancellation Policy: When booking your service, we require a credit card to hold your appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment or provide proper notification to cancel within 48 hours prior, you'll be charged 50% of your service. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate reserved services and our cancellation fee will be applied.

We use a PCI DSS Compliant processor that's certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
