Andrew De Stefano

Co-founder, designer, and brand architect. Andrew is the guy behind the scenes and then not so behind the scenes. He has always had a love for design and a passion for art, branding, and experiences that resonate and captive an audience. After attending Pennsylvania College of Art and Design majoring in graphic design, he found himself immersed in the advertising and marketing world and working in firms in Philadelphia, Wilmington, and New Jersey. After years working as an Art director, Andrew finally made the leap to put all his creative energy into the beauty industry with his soul mate and love.

Andrew has helped visually brand Tribe while building out the client experience and salon spaces alongside his wife and business partner, Emily. Having a strong focus and love for multiple facets of design is something that Andrew finds is extremely important. Having a passion for interior design, branding, and identity allow all each to work seamlessly to give clients an experience they will remember.
