Our Owners and Creators.
Owners Emily and Andrew De Stefano, a creative and passionate husband and wife team, set out to create a beauty and lifestyle brand. Tribe's mission is to give clients the best in beauty through an authentic, unique, and inspired experience.

Emily's experience in beauty, retail, and skincare pair with Andrew's work in design and branding to make for a wonderful balance in Tribe's spaces.
The design process relies heavily on inspiration found during travels, nature, and hospitality experiences. The result is always focused on purpose and meaning and making most choices based on just what feels right.
Emily and Andrew have historically worked with local artisans, carpenters, and metalworkers to achieve customized pieces, furniture, and displays to create a unique setting for both our clients and stylists.

Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.
Our flagship location is located in the heart of historic Chadds Ford, PA. Our Pennsylvania salon is white and bright, lush with greenery, and our signature living wall. Tribe Chadds Ford also neighbors our sister brand Husk, a full service nail salon, spa, and wellness retreat specializing in clean beauty.

Wilmington, Delaware.
Our second salon is located in the center of the Bancroft, Brandywine, and Trolley Square neighborhoods of Wilmington. Our Delaware location, just outside of the city, offers clients a serene and calming experience. The space was artfully curated and designed with materials of concrete, stone, and a mix of local catalpa and white oak.

We believe style should not cost the planet and make a conscious effort to uphold sustainable practices in all that we do. We are up to 95% recyclable and were the first salon in all of Pennsylvania to do so.
Tribe is both invested and deeply committed to the sustainability. We have partnered with Green Circle Salons since 2015. This company is the industry’s first sustainable salon solution and helps us recycle up to 95% of waste. That includes items like foils, excess hair color, aerosol cans, and color tubes as well as hair clippings that are used for humanitarian efforts and to make bio-composite plastic.
