Client Satisfaction
If you are not happy, satisfied, or absolutely in love with your hair, please let us know right away! We want every single client to leave feeling their best. From the moment you sit in the chair, your stylist will rely on open communication beginning with the consultation process.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your hair, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of your appointment!
Cancellation Policy
We kindly secure a credit card and $1 deposit to book your appointment.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which necessitate adjusting your schedule. Therefore, we respectfully ask for at 48 hours’ notice for any appointment modifications or cancellations.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge for the booked services. The cancellation policy is implemented with your best interests in mind, protecting our stylists time and allowing them time to fill their schedules should an appointment not arrive for their scheduled appointment.
Additionally, if you anticipate yourself running more than 15 to 20 minutes late, please assume that your service may need to be adjusted to now fit in a shorter time slot.
Product Return Policy
We are committed to recommending and providing the highest quality products. While we think you will be very happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our return policy for unopened retail products are eligible for exchange up to 30 days after your purchase. Opened products unfortunately cannot be returned unless in the instance of an allergic reaction or a product defect.
If you would like to test a product prior to purchasing, please ask and we will be happy to answer questions, demonstrate them, and provide you with a sample to try at home.
Exchanges are limited to products only, and cannot be redeemed for services.
